Performance, mental health & sustainable excellence
You operate in environments where pressure and high expectations are constant. And at a certain level, what once helped you move forward becomes the very thing that holds you back: too much control, too much tension, too much inner struggle.
My work is about restoring balance and accuracy in the way you function. Bringing clarity back where pressure creates confusion, and stability where intensity creates fragility.
I help you reconnect with a way of performing that is more grounded, more sustainable, and more aligned — without having to build yourself against yourself.
For nearly a decade, I have supported elite athletes and executives on issues related to performance and mental health, from national championships to major international competitions, including the Paralympic Games and Grand Slam tournaments.
My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physiological mechanisms behind performance.
If the way you perform no longer feels aligned with who you are, I invite you to schedule an initial conversation.

My Approach
My work stands at the intersection of performance, mental health, and consciousness — not as a method, but as a structured way of understanding what it truly means to perform without betraying yourself.
My relationship with performance was shaped by years spent operating in survival mode. Through both personal experience and high-level environments, I came to understand the limits of performance built on pressure, control, and disconnection from oneself.
Over time, my work expanded beyond mental preparation alone. It became an exploration of the psychological, emotional, cognitive, and physiological foundations of sustainable performance.
Today, I support elite athletes, executives, and high-performing individuals facing pressure, instability, or loss of alignment in the way they operate.
My role is not simply to add more tools or motivation, but to restore clarity, regulation, and accuracy in the way performance is experienced and sustained.
I create spaces for transformation, lucidity, and long-term stability — where intensity no longer comes at the expense of the human being behind it.

Mentorship
I support high-performing individuals when the way they are performing is no longer sustainable.
When hard work, discipline, and willpower are no longer enough. I do not work on motivation, nor on adding more tools.
My role is to observe with precision the internal mechanisms at play — mental, emotional, and physiological — and identify the exact point where performance begins to weaken. That is where the work begins.

Performance Trajectory Mentorship
Secure and structure a high-stakes performance trajectory.
- Duration: 6 to 12 months
- Ongoing strategic support
- Work focused on performance, decision-making, and environment
- Presence during key moments and transitions
Who is it for? Elite athletes, emerging talents, and executives operating in high-pressure environments.
Situations I Work With
- High mental pressure or instability under pressure
- Difficulty expressing your true level in high-stakes situations
- Loss of confidence following an injury, failure, or period of doubt
- Feeling stuck despite continuous effort and hard work
- Loss of meaning or mental overload
These situations are rarely the result of a lack of ability. More often, they reflect a way of functioning that is no longer properly aligned or sustainable.
Performance Environments Supported
I work with individuals operating in high-demand environments — including executives, managers, physicians, and other high-responsibility profiles — as well as athletes competing at national and international levels: Grand Slam tournaments, Paralympic Games, world, European, and national championships, elite performance structures, and emerging talents in development.
Tennis, motorsport, rugby, golf, speed skating, football, cycling… Each environment comes with its own realities: pressure, exposure, mental overload, long-term performance management, identity-related challenges, and the search for balance.

Support Framework
The support process takes place over several months, on an individual basis.
I intentionally work with a limited number of people in order to ensure a high level of attention, depth, and quality of presence throughout the process.
Tailored Interventions & Training
I work within high-demand environments where performance becomes unstable despite commitment, discipline, and sustained effort.
Formats are adapted to the realities of the field: keynote talks, in-house training programs, one-time interventions, or short-term support cycles.
Each intervention is designed to restore clarity, strengthen cohesion, and help individuals and teams operate with greater accuracy and stability in demanding environments.
Topics may address mental performance as a whole, or focus more specifically on areas such as stress management, motivation, emotional intelligence, and related performance dynamics.

My Interventions Aim To
- Clarify the underlying factors disrupting performance
- Align individuals and teams around a more coherent way of functioning
- Restore stability and effectiveness under pressure
Intervention Formats
- Keynote Talks (creating perspective, clarity, breakthrough understanding)
- In-House Training (structuring and integrating sustainable ways)
- Targeted Interventions (unlocking specific situations or blocks)
- Team Support (strengthening alignment, cohesion, collective functioning)
